DESCRIPTION:

FLOWTECH make U-Tube manometer is used for precision measurement of pressure, vacuums, differential pressure, and flow measurement in plants & labs where certain accuracy is required. U tube manometer is a device normally utilized for measuring pressure in different fluids or gases. Typical uses of this important device under various situations are discussed here through illustrations.

Specifications:

Industrial Grade Manometers have Aluminium casing from three sides with

transparent acrylic front.

The metering Tube is uniform bore, thick walled Borosilicate glass and the meter

body is powder coated. Scale is Aluminium Anodized/PVC engraved with

PVC/PP/SS304 wetted parts.

The end connections may be " BSP, " BSP OR Nozzle type.

Mounting available is wall/Panel/Stand type. All manometers are supplied with Zero

adjusting screw, drain plug. Instrument accuracy is better than +/- 0.5% of F.S.D.

U-TUBE MANOMETER:

The inclined and vertical u-tube manometers are inexpensive and common in

differential pressure measurements of flow meters like pitot tubes, orifices and

nozzles

Pressure measuring devices using liquid columns in vertical or inclined tubes are called

manometers. One of the most common is the water filled u-tube manometer used to measure

pressure difference in pitot or orifices located in the airflow in air handling or ventilation

system.

Inclined U-Tube Manometer:

Common problems when measuring pressure differences in low velocity systems as air

ventilation system are the low column heights and satisfying accurately.
